This policy covers Canadian orders for hydration bottles, flavour cartridges, starter kits, accessories, and bundles. We usually prepare an order within 1–2 business days. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 3–5 business days, although carrier schedules are not guaranteed.
Any free-shipping eligibility is calculated and confirmed at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate Canadian delivery address, email, and telephone number. Tracking details are supplied when the carrier makes them available.
If a parcel is delayed, appears lost, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and checkout email. Tracking records, photographs, video, and packaging information may be requested. Service limits can apply to remote destinations, particular products, or carrier routes within Canada.
